Meet the Team

  • Fred Lahijani

    PRESIDENT, PRINCIPAL

    Fred is the President and Principal of LG Alliance Corp. He has been a prominent real estate developer of residential, commercial and industrial projects for more than 30 years in the Southern California and New York region.

    Fred is responsible for the strategic direction, operation and profitability of LG Alliance Corp. He is instrumental in seeking out real estate development opportunities and leading the process in turning those opportunities into successful transactions for his clients and company. He has extensive knowledge of construction and project management and has been responsible for the completion of numerous redevelopment and new-construction projects totaling over $700 million in assets.

    Prior to establishing LG Alliance Corp., Fred worked in the real estate brokerage and development industry. Fred is well versed in all aspects of the real estate business, from sales, development, construction, management, strategic refinances, partnership structuring, cost analysis and regulatory compliance. His experience includes the development and financing of market-rate apartments, and mixed-use projects where he was heavily involved in the construction aspects of the projects.

    Fred resides in Los Angeles and enjoys spending quality time with his two daughters . He enjoys extensive traveling, all types of athletics and outdoor activities.

  • Susan Makabi

    SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, PRINCIPAL

    Susan has been a well-regarded Asset Management Professional with more than thirty years (30) of Real Estate Management and Affordable Housing experience combined. She has a solid track record of impressive achievements and demonstrated ability to oversee commercial and residential leasing, construction management, property manager oversight, real estate accounting and finance, internal reporting, analysis and due diligence of major commercial asset classes and partner relations.

    Susan received her BA in Economics and minor in Political Science from the University of Southern California (USC) and furthered her education with courses in Architecture and Urban Planning. She is a licensed and seasoned California Real Estate Broker and General Building Contractor with B and C-10 classifications.

    Susan has done volunteer work for several charities including the United Way and Habit for Humanity among others. She enjoys her leisure time by indulging in weekend trips to pristine places, tennis, carpentry and spending quality time with her family and friends.
